8. Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through the VESILL Store are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
